Your dashboard
A read of what's happening across your work. Totals, recent activity, and shortcuts to the things you do most.
What the dashboard is for
The dashboard is your at-a-glance home base. Every time you sign in, this is the first screen you land on. The numbers are live and update as you add work, take inquiries, and record sales, but nothing on this page is editable from here. Every region links you to the section where you actually do the work.
First time here
If you have not added an artwork yet, the dashboard greets you with a welcome card and an Add Your First Artwork button. That is the only thing on the page until you upload something. Once you have at least one artwork, the stat cards, Quick Actions, and recent-activity panels take over the screen.
The stat cards
Up to five cards across the top of the page summarize the state of your work. Each card is clickable and jumps you straight to the matching section.
- Artworks. Total number of artworks in your portfolio, with a breakdown beneath showing how many are available and how many are sold.
- Sold. Count of artworks marked as sold.
- Revenue (Month). Revenue recorded this calendar month, with your all-time total in smaller text underneath.
- Contacts. Everyone in your contacts list: people who reached out from your portfolio, collectors you added manually, and gallery contacts.
- Subscribers. Active mailing-list subscribers. This card only appears once at least one person has subscribed to your mailing list.
Quick Actions
Four shortcut buttons sit below the stats. They are the things artists do most often, one click away.
- Add Artwork. Opens the three-step wizard to upload a new piece.
- New Invoice. Drafts an invoice for a sale.
- Sales & Analytics. Jumps to your sales summary and revenue charts.
- Edit Portfolio. Opens your artist profile so you can update bio, photo, or branding.
Recently Updated
A thumbnail grid below Quick Actions shows up to twelve artworks ordered by most-recently-touched, not most-recently-created. This means the grid surfaces what you have actually been working on, including pieces you updated yesterday rather than just brand-new uploads. Click any thumbnail to open that artwork. The View all link in the corner takes you to the full Artworks list.
Recent Contacts
The five newest people in your contacts list, with the date they first reached out. View all opens the Contacts section where you can search, filter, and edit anyone in your network.
On the free plan
If you are on the free plan and at least one person has subscribed to your mailing list, a small upgrade callout sits between the stats and Quick Actions. It points out that subscribers are waiting and links to View plans so you can pick a paid tier and start emailing your list about new work. If you do not have subscribers yet, or if you are already on a paid plan, this callout does not appear.
